May I know what so special abt this UOL course? It seem to me that so many pple is taking and I was wondering what so special about these course?? =X

I think because it was considered at least a tier 2 uni course?

It used to be special.

But now since so many people love taking it, it's like some general degree now.

Personally, I don't really like their business major because it's too vague.

Which is why I chose Economics & Management as my major.

Eee... My course got this economic module also and I hate it. I fail during my Sem 3 and wasted my $1k to repeat the module. It's a killing module to us. Tips given by the lecturer also not accurate. Think of it make me feel like scolding the lecturer again. =X Lucky I manage to get a Pass grade on these repeat module.

Haha, I'm only taking economics modules at the very minimum.

I got a love-hate relationship with economics.

Sometimes the lecturer can't be trusted. Need to trust your own feeling.

Learnt that from year 1 at SIM.

ello... It's the holidays!! what will you guys be doing? =)

Hey, you are NTU student also rite? As I'm final year already, I still have FYP presentation, which is TOMORROW. Then got to attend a symposium in the campus on Saturday. I don't have anything so far after 30 May and my roommate will be back to his hometown soon. Gonna fun if we organize a meet up for NTU students, perhaps just having meal together, play board game,or jog together around campus, or anything.

Shouldn't someone take the place of -Blaidd_Drwg-, since his account is now inactive, to compile the whole list?

Something I had been wondering about.

Looks like someone shirked responsibility.

Perhaps you would like to take his place?

A bit lazy, actually. Besides, it's best to have a list compiled on the first post of the thread, which I presume no one but the Mod has access to. It'll also be good for whoever volunteering to sort out a way to distinguish current students from alumnis.

Better to just reset it and create a whole new thread.

And hopefully the new organiser doesn't delete his account.
