Sony Vs Ipad2

There are reviews about Sony tablet S vs ipad2 but kinda superficial. Anyone that own both ipad2 and android tablets like to comment on this interim of 1) ease of transfer photos and videos file, 2) speed of OS and ui and 3) value of money.

If I intend to buy Sony video cam and Sony camera, doesn't it make sense to buy Sony tablet for ease of transferability?

Some years ago I bought a Sony Clie handheld computer. This was before the Iphone and Ipad etc. I was (in my view) in the higher end of the market. A year later, Sony declared that it would no longer support Clie outside Japan. Since then I swore never to buy another Sony product. Too bad I was stuck with so many Memory Sticks which no other major brand uses.

The difference between Sony and Ipad I believe is not really the techonology, they are quite close. But the biggest difference is that Apple knows that it has to produce quality and maintain a continued user satisfaction throughout the wider world. Sony is much more Japan centric. They have become complacent and that is why you continue to see high prices coupled with less than wonderful usability.

I think when it comes to UI, Apple wins hands down. Not sure about other technical stuff though.
