1 Week In Tokyo - Recommendations?

hi all

while my no1. chubby lao ah pek is off to china with his wife, i am contemplating going on a short trip myself.

my sparetire no.2 chubby lao ah pek suggested we go Tokyo.

so can anyone suggest places of interest to visit while we are there?

I've travelled to Tokyo for at least 25 times in the last 15 years.

frankly speaking, while I went there so many times, i'm sure there are still places i've not known about yet.

all these years, I've only stayed in hotels in the shinagawa area, and they were mostly booked by my japanese colleagues, so i'm at quite a loss when i am going to choose and book all by myself. questions that come to my mind includes

- would i be better off staying near the Asakusa 24 Kaikan sauna or would be enjoy more staying near shopping areas?

let me list the places i've known and visited (which i will visit again with spare tire chubby)

Asakusa Sensoji temple and Asakusa 24 kaikan gay sauna

Shinjuku shopping area and yoyogi park and Gyoen National park

Shinjuku ni-chrome gay area

Shibuya shopping area

Akihabara electronics shopping area

Harajuku shopping area (Sunday trip) and Meiji-jingu shrine

ideas for never visited places (can advise if these places are worth visiting and what to see and watch out for)

visit one of the sumo wrestling stables to ogle at big fat bums?

Japanese gardens?

Imperior Palace?

Roppongi for night life?

Mt Fuji (full 1 day trip)?

Kamakura (1 hr train from Tokyo)?

Shinjuku yoyogi park and Gyoen National park???

Ebisu for eating and drinking???

where do you suggest we stay and what places we should visit?

and also please suggest gay places where fat chubby matures are the norm....!

wow! l am also travelling to tokyo and surrounding areas. First time there and alone. Where would u recommend for first timer? Going around Nov /Dec to see the autumn colours!
