This morning just upgraded my iPad to iOS 5.

What new things I can try ?

Double click home button at home page to access camera. Using the volume button (+) can use to take pictures with camera.

Pull down from top = notification page.

I got it too and was stunned!! You try to follow the instruction they gave.

I went through these steps

Update iTunes > Download iOS5 package > Backup iPhone > Error > Restore iPhone (fail) > Restore iPhone (With iOS5) > Done.

I updated mine on a mac. So it might be different from a window. SORRY.

Maybe your itune is not update to 10.5 version. Cause they ask me to update to 10.5 then can update iOS 5. after that everything is fine and i got my iOS 5

Try to backup your iphone before starting the download process. Happens to my 3GS when I upgraded.

try imessage! its sms except it detects the person u are smsing is using ios 5 can send for free!

rem to manual backup before upgrading, dont depend on the sync to backup.

I learnt it the hardway, lost everything, luckily for google sync, i got my contacts back. Lost all game data, text messages and settings.

Now slowly rebuilding the phone

and check out the new functions..... reading english and chinese from web pages, led flash flicking when incoming notification etc etc,,,,
