You will have a case and you might even wanna throw in all the dubious circumstances done by the cop to drive you into that position in the first place. I can't say that you will win, but at least you'll get the cop in trouble as well.. f he is faking it, then.. well well well... just walk away lor! If he makes a scene, call the security and tell them that he tried to make advances at you.. dog eat dog, man!!

I personally resent all this precautionary measures and I wish that things can be easier on us. But the fact remains that cruising is illegal and we are in it at our own risks. With all that said, I hope you guys practise more caution and always be discre t. And @lex, I hope that incident didn't leave too much of a scar.. we always move on and look for brighter days...
