Can anyone share they experience on teeth whitening?

Has anyone tried Britesmile, or any similar stuffs? How is it like, and how much does one have to pay, and how long would it last?

I've been trying the colgate "14 days white product", it doesn't seem effective, have been using it for a month and didn't see good results.

I thought the only way for teeth whitening is the package offer by the dental clinic.

But even that, the dentist cannot 100% guarantee.

Here's how I maintain. I go to my dentist for whitening, but after that, I use crest white strips to maintain for the next 4 to 6 months. They really work except sometimes my teeth do get a little sensitive, so I lay off the strips for a couple of weeks.

As long as you continue to drink coffee/tea or smoke, the "yellowish" teeth will return even you have previously done a laser whitening.
