daydreamingfish
1. How is being in a relationship like?2. Do things always start out from being friends?3. Is it ridiculous to not have any intimacy unless with someone you really like and he likes you back?
Phil
1- Wonderful!2- Things can start anywhere from anything: being friends, or simply ONS...3- Once you are sure it will be a happy long term relation, no use "having intimacy" with anybody else (but did I understand correctly your question?).Good luck! doncoin
Being in a relationship is like owning a flowering plant. You need to spend time and energy to nurture it in order for the relationship to bloom and grow. Starting out as friends is always a good place to begin with simply because if things don't work out, you know you have friendship to fall back on. You want your bf someone who can be your friend. Not just boyfriend. Intimacy with another person is a matter of personal choice. You can chose not to be intimate until you are in a relationship- like no sex till married, but just be honest an be real. Personally I think sexual compatibility does play a part in the process of forming a relationship. You take a car out for a test drive before buying it. So to me, I will be intimate. Love. I guess I needed to hear it from others because I became unsure my own beliefs and have never been in a relationship. Could you guys share own experiences?
