fatguy
yeah...not very tough, just make sure your meat sauce covers the whole of the lasagna sheet, or else it will be crispy.so u start with the pan (i use a cake pan), spray greese, thenLasagna sheet, meet sauce, cheese sauce... repeat 2 or 3 layers. ending with cheese sauce, then throw grated cheese on top. careful not to fill it up too full as the meet sauce may spill out.i very lazy one.. so i do very simple...meat sauce - carrots, mince beef, seafood of choice (prawns, pacific clams, squid etc), and a bottle of pasta saucecheese sauce - all purpose flour, milk, butterone of the first things i ever made. Guest Sha
Find them at Cold Storage stores or those huge Fairprice outlets. Lasagna is easy. The roux for the cheese sauce can be tricky to make. Do it wrong the sauce will be lumpy. Do it right, the sauce is just perfect.

cvbv1987
actually you can use normal pasta as well, like penne instead of using the pasta sheets, same taste and satisfaction
tic-toc
Then that is no longer lasagna. That is called "Pasta al forno." Quote If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun.
