Installing And Using Chinese On Windows And Msn

I need to know how to install and use Chinese. I'm using Windows XP. Tried the following:

1. Control panel

2. Date Time Language and Regional Option

3. Add other Languages

4. Languages, clicked on Install file for East Asian Languages, Apply

5. "Please insert the Compact disc labeled 'Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 CD' into your CD-ROM drive (D:) and then click OK.

Problem: I only have Windows XP CD, I installed Service Pack 2 from the intenet [i think cos when i checked with the microsoft page, it said my computer already has Service Pack 2.]

Question:

1. What can I do to get Chinese installed and running?

2. How can I switch between typing in Chinese and English?

3. Can the Chinese typing be made in Hanyu Pinyin? (I know nothing of BoPoMoFo)

Thanks!

1. Continue with the steps. Insert the WinXP disc to complete the installation.

2. You have to configure it thru Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Details

3. Not sure abt this cos i dont use it.
