Routine For Abs Exercise

For guys, the fats gather round the stomach area first. Hence comes about the need to lose the body fats first. Following that, is the working out of the muscles to make the abs look symmetrical and ribbed.

20x4 counts flutter kicks

20x4 counts crunches

20x4 counts bridge on hand, while the other taps the left and right side of the arm thats supporting the body

60 secs side plank to make the sides lean too

3 sets of that

For me, it is the conventional leg raise for lower abs and oblique sit-ups (heel to ass about 6-7 inches). Daily - gym day or not.
