We are all human, we tend to smell especially after a hard day work, woke up in the morning or eat something that caused the odor. If it became a regular thing, how do you deal with a smelly partner in this situation?

Will it be a turned off and caused a shaky relationship later or you rather embraced all short of smells in him out of love? I know most gay people are picky, it will be a huge courage to love smelly partners even though he is handsome.

Any comments?

Body odour has various causes or attributing factors. One of the main reasons for the alarming increase in this phenomena is our obsession with antisepticism and disinfection to the point we strip and kill our natural bodily defenses( oils and beneficial microbes ) along with the bad bacteria. As the body gets increasingly out of whack, we start to use more and stronger products which only worsen the situation.

A good way to stop this downward spiral is to clean yourself with baking soda( sodium bicarbonate ). No more soap and shampoo. It takes some getting used to but the improvements can be felt immediately and as you continue along this path, you will begin to see other improvements to your health and well being.

Do your research and have a heart to heart talk with your partner and decide to try this together. The physical and psychological liberation you will experience is truly something else.

its understandable if he smells a little foul after a whole day out or sports and/or has morning breath / bad breath after garlicky food etc.

but if he has a really bad BO even after a shower with fresh clothes and you can't take it... it may be good to rethink why did you invest your time and effort in the person when you can't stand it... if he is that good to the point that you can overlook the odour issue, good for you. otherwise, perhaps it is now a good time to review your relationship..

If you love him, you'll find a light-hearted way to tell him about his odour, not so much because you cannot tolerate it (you should be able to tolerate any odour about him if you really love him), but because you want to act in his best interest (because he may not be aware of his odour). And if he loves you, he will heed your feedback seriously without being offended and take steps to remedy it. That's love.

Baking soda is a kitchen/household item. You can get it anywhere. Baking powder is different though, so don't get that.

Sodium bicarbonate is harmless. It's what you put into cakes! Doctors, however, will never recommend alternatives such as this because it's bad for business. Medicine today is corporatized and it all boils down to $$$$.

Another simple example - instead of advising patients to fulfill their Vit C intake by consuming fresh fruit and veggies, you'd be recommended some high dosage generic Vit C pills which were most likely petroleum derived!
