Prepaid SIM cards require registration and computers have IP address.this sounds fishy to me , and telling you how do it, even if i know, can make me an accomplice and an accessory to your wrong doing. if you want so badly to do it anonymously, just let it slide or pass, its just not woth it to get back at somebody and get into trouble yourself.If the us can trace Osama bin Laden, the authorities can trace you if you do something very majorly wrong with our telephone network system.just let it pass, is my advice.the days of anonymous sim cards are long over. pick up a hobby or have great sex with somebody sexy to let out the frustration, good sex is wonderful and great memory you can play back again and again.
