The housing loan is going to be fully repaid soon, so, left with the CPF charge. Can the mortgage be release in this case since the bank's loan is no more?? Why? Posted August 27, 2012 Report Share Posted August 27, 2012 A mortgagee should release the mortgage once you have fulfilled your obligations under the loan agreement.
