Cube3
Hi, Any nice tim sum restaurant to recommend? Is Jun Chun Yuan dim sum nice and they have dim sum buffer at $18. Um, I've tried this buffet about a year ago and it was soooo bad. Like siew mai not like siew mai, I think they have northern China chef or something, so dim sums didn't taste anything like the Cantonese goodies we're used to. The only edible thing was - like, the jiaozi. Others were too much flour, or wrong cut of meat e.g. the black bean pork ribs etc. Can honestly say, worst dim sum buffet I've ever eaten. Suggestion: go for Red Star ala carte, or if buffet try the Zhou's Kitchen Dim Sum High Tea opp. JCY at Far East Square. That's much better value with tasty dim sums at around $17.
