Guest NSF
I used to be able to do between 6-8 pull ups . During one of my training I I sprained my arms and back hence I wasn't able to do any pull up . But once I recovered , I wasn't able to do still . And I'm very panic now since my IPPT is in few weeks time . Any explanations for this ? And what should I do to regain back my pull ups ability ? Thanks in advance
zwei
Start with assisted pull ups and lat pull downs first before you go for the normal chin ups Fattie bom bom walk down the street

Guest xNSF
6-8 chin-up wun get him gold on serious note....assisted pull-up is the way to go; ie, if fully recovered liao!
Topple
Go see a doctor, maybe need to do a MRI.An easy way is to position one arm (eg right) behind ur back n try to reach the (eg left) shoulder If cant reach, probably there is a tear in the shoulderRepeat for the other arm.My right arm can only go horizontal across my back, thus confirm ther is a tear on my shoulder
