It may be just wake up from sleep, come out from shower or just plain lazy, and you are not properly dressed, and then need to open the door to receive something. What is your record? One time in Jakarta I was asleep (naked) and there was a knock on the door around 1am. I was a bit groggy but still managed to wrap a towel around me before opening the door.
