Guest swimsguy25 Posted May 28, 2013 Report Share Posted May 28, 2013 hi guys, was looking for an alternate way to work out and have been reading a lot about muay thai as a good form of workout and not just as a competitive sport. realize that many of the muay thai gyms are quite expensive and pretty far for me. i came across synergize fitness - http://www.synergizefitness.com.sg/its quite near to my place. seemed quite interesting but didn't have much info on the website. so i gave them a call and they were asking me to try for a month if i like it. its 240 a month. its definitely lower than many places and it is unlimited usage. just wanted to find out if anyone has been and tried out the place? how are the trainers and the training? the environment? the culture? any strict rules and regulations? they mentioned they also have a gym/weights area that can use, no extra charge. seems like a good deal but just thought i would get some thoughts and advice from you guys.
