Don't doubt your fear, it's real. If you didn't properly destroy the HD, that is.

Send for Degaussing. That is the proper way..

Whats that?

My laptop going to die soon i think. Even if we wipe out all our data, will someone still be able to recover them?

Wonder if sell to garang guni, what are they going to do with it

Restore it and sell it to third world nations.

Dismantle it and sell off it parts to it manufacturers and metal foundries etc.

The proper term for using a strong magnet to wipe your disk.

But in all honesty, burning the hdd or smashing, or any other kind of physical destruction really, is good enough. As long as the info can't be accessed, it's ok.

善待对人。麻烦用英文来表达信息。不是每个人都会看的懂中文 “People need to learn the art of making an argument. Often there is no

right or wrong. It's just your opinion vs someone else's opinion. How you deliver that opinion could make the difference between opening a mind,

changing an opinion or shutting the door. Sometimes folk just don't know when they've "argued" enough. Learn when to shut up."
