May not necessarily work but worth a try- basically you can change something called a DNS server. 
 

On iOS or Android App Store, you can download CloudFlare’s 1.1.1.1: Faster Internet app and set that up. 
 

Basically, think of DNS servers like an address book that shows “where” websites are. Singtel has a DNS server with websites that may be blocked but you can circumvent these restrictions by using a different DNS server, like the one above 🙂

 

If you can access your router’s setting and change it there, that’s great but it’s also kinda complicated sometimes!
