Educity pool in nusajaya occasionally have some hunks swimming depending on your luck, but it is not open shower concept. 

Taman university swimming pool is a bit run down but the shower area is very conducive for cruising with every toilet door punctured a hole. The shower cubicle are facing each other so u can shower without closing the door and if go into the cubicle opposite the guy u target and see if he responds.

the good old larkin pool used to be the sanctuary but unfortunately it is now closed until further notice.
