I always go by the meter.

Once they bargain I'll say no.

Once, this taxi driver quoted 8RM. I said bye to him. Haha...

Usually 6RM will get you there.

Even though the difference of 2RM is nothing, I just didn't feel like letting these buggers earn the extra.
