I went there around 5.15pm yesterday. I choose Xiao Liu (小六) too but I have a different experience from you.

Yes, some are really good in massage. And this problem about not douching is common even among the locals.When asked whether he ( the masseur)  has washed clean, the answer given was yes, you still hit dirt. And there and then the playing stopped.

If nothing is done, why tip $100?  A normal tip is $20- $30 for a good massage given. HE is inclusive in the package.A BJ is $50-$80 depending on how good you feel. A FJ is $100- $150, this really depend on how satisfied you were. Yes, I have given $200 and even $250 before but that was for really good satisfaction coming from really hardworking,likable and charming masseurs, which is hard to come by. When you give that amount, you can really see the masseur's appreciation when he offer you tea on your way out. I have never allow the masseur to quote me the prices right at the beginning. Like one of the comment above, I always say to the masseur, do what you like, I am a regular and I know the rules. Having said that, you of course must practise fairness. They too need to eat.  If they are good to you, be good to them. Don't try to fleece anybody. Don't like to be fleece either.
