I think there are 4 on that location the one beside KFC and the other is on the other end same floor beside the police office and a convenient store and 2 more on the lower level both ends of the escalator. usually the location of the toilet in the 2nd floor is the always the same location in the lower level in all buildings and public facilities. if you can't fine any you can always come to Empire Damansara @ Damansara Perdana i have my place....
