1. Cannot find Blowing Wind Forum

Blowing Wind Gay Forum is hosted at a FREE web site Forumer.com in the USA. The URL is slightly cryptic and beyond us to change. You can get to Blowing Wind by

b. Use Search Engines Google/Yahoo/Bing to search for blowing wind gay forum

c. For people who cannot book mark us.

Send yourself an email that you can always refer to discreetly.

Contents of the email could be an innocent message like:

The answer my friend is blowing in the wind - http://www.blowingwind.org

If somebody accidentally sees the e-mail, just claim it is spam and delete it

2. Profile Pic

Profile Pic are those pictures that appear along side "Registered Users".

You can have an avatar too by choosing from a standard avatar library provided. Alternatively you can choose to upload a jpeg/gif image as your personal avatar (Image size Limit : 64 x 64 and smaller than 20Kb)

a. Goto "My Controls" as describe in (2).

b. Click "Edit Avatar Sections"

c. Proceed as per instructions on the screen.

3. Registration Problem

Readers can register for FREE Blowing Wind accounts. When NEW accounts are registered, user will need to provide a valid Email-id. A verification email will automatically be sent to this supplied Email-id. There is an activation link in the verification email that the reader has to click to start using their account. Some free emails systems may send this verification email to their spam-folder, so remember to check there too.

Users can only start PM/posting when they have activated their accounts. This is very similar to what most Internet registration work.

We have investigated several cases where readers cannot seem to login after they've register. The most probable reason is that they have forgotten to activate their account or they provided a Wrong email-id.

If accounts are NOT activated within 30 days, the account will be deleted.

4. Searching for Articles

An useful feature is the "search" feature in Blowing Wind.

You can see the magnifying glass labelled search.

Blowing Wind has a rich archive of articles and wisdom, you can click on search and use keywords to search for information to conveniently locate articles and information.

5. Problem Login and/or Posting to Blowing Wind

a. Clear the cookies and cache of your browser and then restart the browser.

6. Deleting your Blowing Wind Account

a. Send a Personal Message (PM) to HendryTan the Admin. State clearly you want your account at Blowing Wind deleted. We will appreciate you provide a 1-2 line of reason why. This is just for feedback.

b. We will usually batch the delete request and delete it over the weekend.

c. Do NOT send request by emails as we have to take extra step verify that the email originate from the actual account holder.

d. If you do NOT need the account anymore, we will prefer you just leave it dormant. Lesser work for us
