Guest Guest
I want to make a qipao that looks traditional yet modern, classy yet classic, hip yet refined. Fabric must be Italian, not Chinese. Budget is around $1,000 to $1,500 max. Anyone can recommend a top qipao (cheongsam) maker in Singapore?
