Been there? There is an old one located in Shin-Nakano called CKM which I was at this past weekend which had a couple of stunning girls but I was told there was a similar place located somewhere in Shinjuku behind one of the Don Quixote markets there. Enter the street (ikemen street) next to Don Quijote from Shokuyasu Street and watch out. Turn at the first corner, where the cosmetic store Skin Holic is located, to the building right of the coin-operated parking. Our shop is no. 101 on the first floor (green door).
