Hi guys,

Good news!

      

A) is there a waiting list i need to fill up my name on the piece of paper?

             

Now no more. The queue for the 1for1 starts at 6pm. So how does the new queue management work?

              

U have to physically stand in the queue so once 7pm starts expect a long line of 10 guys queuing up in front of u

            

B) i overheard the staff say, "We use this new system coz Onsen is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. U need to stand in line coz now we got no waiting list."

                            

C) how's the crowd?

While i was there from 6, i saw 8guys & 5gals leaving... that means more pple can go in at 7pm coz got pple going out. Hope that helps

I was there today. Was wondering what happened. 3pm+ there was indeed this guy who was upset about something and slammed both sliding doors. And some arguments with the counter staff.

Later 4pm+ I did see a policeman entering and leaving the onsen but didn't know what's going on. Now things made more sense...

The onsen is rather crowded in the evening after 7pm. Due to the higher capacity allowed.

You can see 6-7 pax in soda pool and the jet pool fully occupied at times and so on. 

Good for people watching but less so for relaxing in the pools..

I recall steam room supposed to be 4 pax but that's based on the previous lower capacity of 32, now should be more. Not quite complied most of the time, anyway.

The counter staff comes in regularly but I did not see him asking people to leave a crowded pool/bath, even for last night which was a large crowd. There were no signs indicating the max capacity for each bath. We just have to monitor and update the situation. Maybe other forumers can update based on what they saw.

i noticed a sign for 6 people limit outside steamroom and sauna. didn't notice anything for the pools.

My friend was there. He told me that guy was eating water melon in the pool and doing Gua Sha with a metal spoon so the staff ask him to stop doing that then he turned violent. Think he is prob a nut case.

Honestly the onsen doesn’t bother about the patrons when it comes to doing business. Firstly they don’t accept reservations, unlike most other establishments. Now they dont even let u wait while seated, and insist u standing in a line! This is basically saying: I just want to make my life easier, I don’t care about u!
