Cooling down with sauna, stretching, jacuzzi, massage etc post gym

gyms have steam rooms and cold rooms for people to alternate in and out

usually after marathons and commercial races, you can see people getting one immediately after completing their race...

 

as long as you have cooled down, should be not an issue.... but do note after working out your body needs to repair all the muscle tears. knots might have formed

going to unwind them immediately after is like taking 2 steps back IMO, rest a day or 2 let the body repair itself

 but i generally dont care what i workout previous day when it is massage day hahahaha
