Guest Glyph
Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Should be somewhere under the internet options setting where you clear history. If the bug still occurs, drop us your browser and its version.

HendryTan
@Atlas Star @killerwhale 1. First Thanks for reporting the issue. 2. I assume both have a. CLEAR Cache b. CLEAR Ccookies 3. Which Operating System are you people using ? eg Window 10 Prp, Home ? I am typing this on Win 10 Pro / Microsoft Edge 38.14393.0.0. 4. Can verify this behavior is only happening to Blowingwind and NOT other sites. 5. Can tell us when did this auto-logout issue surfaced. We did some SEVERAL Security Hardening recently, it could be one of the side effect. Need to have an approximate date to then pin-point things. Cheers ! HendryTan
1. Thanks to Atlas Star, killerwhale for the information. 2. As mentioned above, we did certain security tightening last week. I have "relaxed" certain checks in view of the issues faced. 3. Please monitor and feedback whether this rectification has solved the problems raised. Cheers !
