 I just had my inspection of USSC and was satisfied with the services at L2 toilets. It was cruisy, I went there 2x and it was part exhibitionism because I had an audience and also JO inside cubicle and also outside at urinal and also understall. Its a great place for  this kind of play. Generally clean but the design is dated, no tissue available so bring your own cleaning kit.

On Sundays yes, but they didn't go until the cubicles at the back, they went only until the front cubicles at L2 and they use the stairs to check so they know there were people at the stairs.

But again, not a concern.
