Guest Hate the belly Posted August 16, 2017 Posted August 16, 2017 As many of you know, belly and love handles are the hardest and last fats to burn off. For those with 6-8 packs, what was your initial diet to lose the fats? How do you maintain it over the years? Those in 8 hours deskbound jobs, how do you ensure the fats are being burned while being glued to the computer screen. Quote

Adding 10 min fast walking on the treadmill to my 3-5 times a week workout over the last 7 months got me from a 36" waist down to 33" waist. Doing supersets instead of my normal routine also helped I believe. As far as diet is concerned, I have reduced carb intake to less than 100g per day and aim for 50g per day and if I do snack, rarely, it is 10 roasted almonds max. Having said that, I have not got my six pack yet. Would love to hear what the experts with 6 packs say. Quote
