自制豆腐:

准备食材:黄豆 、醋

切记,黄豆和水的比例, 一般建议是1:6 ,其实在家制作豆腐以1:5 比较优,打出来的豆浆较浓郁。

自制蛋豆腐就比较容易,所需要的食材: 豆浆、蛋黄、盐巴

将豆浆、蛋黄跟盐巴倒入碗中打散,再倒入模型放进电锅蒸熟即可,等到溶液都凝固蛋豆腐就完成了
