Different machine different reading and i try 2 machine before and it is always around 3% difference so i guess just take the more expansive machine reading is correct lol

Will i loose fat if i fo bodyweight workouts? Do u guys include fasting?

As per FF machine, taking with pinch of salt

Fat:

Apri 18 - 22%

Dec 18 -16%

 

Musc:

April 18: 49kg

dec 18: 56kg

 

Yes, you will lose fat with bodyweight workouts. I find with bodybuilding. your new muscles help burn faster then cardio. 

Current routine: circuit - with 10kg weight, 50 pushup, 1 min plank, resistance band, situp , then 2 mins treadmill. repeat for 1hr on most days. Pool dip after.

I don't fast for now.. maybe later as I am trying to build muscles. I usually dont eat junk now and only during my 4 to 5 meals timing.

The last time I checked.... 15%! A very nice surprise cos I stopped working out over CNY and tot it would have increased. Crazy!!!

Great job romeo! I went from 18 to 15 as well last year

 

but seems to maintain at 15%... not sure not to push it to 12%

I use this pix as gauge.

I have not find a consistent reliable measuring tool.

I have seen writings on this. Sometimes it will remain stagnant. As long as less then a mth, i think can keep going on and fat los should continue.:thumb:

This is pretty widely quoted. Could be wrong.. but think its quite reasonable.:thumb:

hi guys, my highest ever body fats  that i ever have, i estimate should be more than 20%.. my recorded body fats  17.4%      my current body fat % is    is  10.7

To measure that, we would have to go to the gym I suppose? Would the staff or trainers be hovering around the machine? Or can the machine be easily used, without staff wanting to promote membership or package?

5-7% bodyfat calipers (digital) the very best is 3% measure by the Fitness Instructor (my ex colleague. I do work in the gym environment before 🤫😏) using the InBody haha he was shock and look blushing haha (he is muscular with bodyfats)

Thank you. First time lowering body fat from this "stage", can see faint ab outline but tummy/love handle wise no visible progress so was wondering if it was alright. I haven't eat very clean either. 😅

haha embrace the progress i guess. im aiming for 10%... now around 14-15%.

Do you meal prep and/or watch what you eat very carefully? I don't think I can ever do that (esp. meal prep myself) 😰

Yeah I do meal prep most of the time :) also I enjoy cooking so yeah it’s bearable in that sense haha

Never measured but probably 15-20. Some fat is just too stubborn but then again I’m not eating very clean.
