F45 vs conventional gym to get bigger?

My colleagues got me a one-week trial at F45 (45 minutes of HIIT workout classes, similar to Crossfit I would presume? Video here if my explanation doesn't quite cut it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORu9Nq2y_uM )

 

At the same time, I still have membership to True Fitness — I mostly do lifts and weights, with spin class once a week. Considering my goal is to put on more muscle mass and get bulkier, do you think it's a good idea to:

  • ditch the gym and just go to F45
  • do F45 once/twice a week for conditioning (I personally think it makes more sense), but definitely looking for opinions for those who are more experienced.
