  2. Wow. I just bought my own 4-axis RC quadcopter (wished it was DJI phantom, but no) from ebay the other day and was testing it out. Remote controlled drones dropped off to boxes of Coke to more than 2500 workers around Singapore, said Coca-Cola’s agency Ogilvy & Mather Singapore, who was the creative agency behind the campaign. The project had locals writing messages of gratitude to workers at high-rise construction sites around the country and tying it to the cans. 2,734 photos of individuals with their handwritten notes were delivered to as high as 35th story of construction sites to deliver the surprise treat to unsuspecting workers. This was done over the months of March and April. Watch it here: Themed “Happiness from the Skies,” the project sought to build bridges between Singaporeans and the city-state’s 1.3 million-strong migrant worker population – an approximate one third of the country’s entire workforce. The largest group of foreign laborers is made up of guest workers that come from as far away as India, China, Bangladesh and Myanmar, said an O&M release. Prior to the deliveries, SKM volunteers had reached out to thousands of Singaporeans, encouraging them to come forward with personalised messages of support, thanks and solidarity with guest workers. “At Coca-Cola we are in the business of sharing happiness all around the world. So when Ogilvy came to us with the innovative idea of combining Coke with drone technology to connect two segments of the community, who rarely interact, to share a special moment of happiness, we could not resist the temptation to give it a go,” said Leonardo O’Grady, ASEAN director of integrated marketing communications, Coca-Cola Singapore. Eugene Cheong, chief creative officer of Ogilvy & Mather Asia Pacific said: “Construction workers, in particular, tend to be ‘invisible’ as they are working in areas that are not accessible to the average person.   13. I dun understd why there are so many guys wear running shorts (without underwear!) in gym and do weights in it. Laying down, legs opened up or/and leg raised can easily cause accidental exposure. Saw one yesterday in the gym. He was doing plank in his running shorts. Then he lifted his right leg up!   27. Slimming down with just exercising is futile. Your diet dictates almost 70% of your well-being. Avoid deep-fried, grilled and preserved stuff. Heat and oil are a bad combination that destroys a big amount of nutrients in food, not to mention potentially turning 'healthy' fats into trans-fats. Go for more foods that are prepared FRESH, steamed, light-fried or cooked in soups. Cut down on refined grains (white rice, glutinous rice, noodles, white bread, white flour-made goodies included). Such grains have been drained away of their B-vitamins (B 群), which are essential in the utilization of the carb content. Unutilized carbs in the body will be turned into fat. As reverse to point no. 2, include more whole grains in your diet. The conventional food pyramid where it places carbs at the bottom that we used to see on food packages, is already long outdated since early 2000s. The relevant governmental health agencies also made one grave error when they included white rice as part of the carb section, sending out wrong messages to the already rice-consuming Asians. USA specifically stated that whole grains should constitute at least HALF of carb consumption. Try to include nuts, and I don't mean just peanuts, but also almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, seeds, kernels, etc >>> 坚果类. They contain the one very precious vitamin E, which is a fat-solvent vitamin. It helps to break down cholesterol and fats, it's a catalyst in speeding up division of cells that are important in wound recoveries without so much of a scar. (Psst! Vitamin E also helps speed up formation of reproduction cells ) And oh, one thing, when eating peanuts, avoid from taking that reddish layer on the outside of the nut, cos they might worsen your blood pressure by causing your already viscous blood (which slows down your blood flow and leaves your heart no choice but to pump even harder and thus increased blood pressure) to be more viscous. Fibre's the way, from whole grains to fruits to vegetables. Have them before meats, cos they have the least solid content of all solid foods. Fibres are divided into soluble fibre and non-soluble fibre. The former improves gut health, while the latter coats the gut as if it were a pre-filter for the later foods (meats, processed foods, sweet stuff) that come in. Extension to no. 5, fruits and vegetables contain a big number of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals (植物因子 / 植物化学因子 / 植物营养素). Much is already known about the first two groups, so I won't go there. Phytochemicals are what that protect crops from UV rays and give them the colour and taste. According to the study on Chinese 5 Elements, RED (fire) fruits/vege are good for the heart , YELLOW/ORANGE (earth) for the spleen , WHITE (metal) for the lungs, BLACK/PURPLE (water) for the kidneys and GREEN (wood) for the liver. Proteins (or in its simplest form - amino acids) are what help you to firm your muscles and possibly bulk up. Common sources are fish, meat, beans, eggs and dairy products 鱼肉豆蛋奶. The less legs an animal being sourced for its meat has, the lesser the health risks it has. That's why beef, mutton and pork are classified as red meat and not encouraged to be consumed on a regular basis. Soy products like tofu and tempeh are encouraged. But for soy-based supplements, it is good if you can find one that labels isolated soy protein 离析大豆蛋白, cos this translates into very minimum purine content, which is the culprit for gout (痛风). Eggs are best consumed whole, including the yolk being retained whole, as in the case of boiled eggs, soft-boiled eggs included. Beating up the yolk potentially does away with lecithin (卵磷脂) inside it, which is responsible for breaking down of the cholesterol and fat inside the yolk. Otherwise, eggs are supposedly the simplest foods with virtually complete nutritional composition, including protein, vitamin A, B-vitamins, cholesterol and fat. Cholesterol and fat are essential to the body, especially in formation of hormones (testosterones included ), cell membranes (protection layer of cell content) and bile/胆汁 (which is instrumental in digesting fat, which without may cause formation of gallstones 胆结石). They are broken down into fatty acids and triglycerides when passing through the digestive tract and will be restructured again by the body to form functional parts in keeping the body going. If these are absent or lacking, the body will generate its own cholesterol and sends it directly into the bloodstream without passing the digestive system, which is what explains the clogging up of blood vessels despite practising a supposedly healthy diet but ignoring the importance of cholesterol and fat in the process, which has been given a bad image to generations born in the 70s and before. When eating, go for foods with the least solid content first, e.g. first soups and liquids, then fruits and vege, meats and carbs last. This is especially applicable during buffet meals, you can eat back as much as you can for what you paid without getting full easily. As for workouts, get the right moves and perserve. Don't just focus on one part of the body. My routine in one session usually encompasses workouts for the shoulders, the arms (biceps and/or triceps), the back, the abs and the legs, plus cardio. I prefer to spread them out in one session to develop my muscles on a balanced pace. Some might recommend focusing on one particular body part in a session, rest for one day and then on another body part in the next session, but this somehow may potentially end up one being in more favour of focusing on certain parts and ignoring others in the process, ending up with, example, good-looking pecs and abs but skinny legs. Personally, I feel that the claim that in "3~5x days per week that bring down to 75KG" is quite of a scam, depending on which perspective you're looking at. If you work hard enough, no sleazing on the training, and get the right diet, then yes, I will say that is possible. But even if you do so and have yet to reach that target by the end of the paid training period, he may wanna ask you to extend your training period in order to reach that guaranteed figure, making you pay more. Therefore, personally, I wouldn't fall for such guarantees. I may pay to go for it but if I have yet to reach that figure by the time the paid period is over, I will not accept requests to extend the period with the PT, but rather go for workouts by myself since I have already learnt the basic workouts, and take reference from books aplenty in bookstores.
