Better consult a doctor... You might be suffering from Yeast Infection and Maybe you are also suffering from diabetic too.. Do you spend a lot of time swimmin and soaking in the pool , jacuzzi, hot pools. The chlorine in the water maybe drying out all areas of skin exposed to it , especially, the penis skin. The cheap and effective skin barrier rich , cream is this product. Neutrogena Norwegian hand cream , pocket sized. Apply a few days and dry skin will heal. Its unscented. Quote

Maybe i scratched it unknowingly in the middle of the night? So I applied some antiseptic cream and moisturizer, the problem resolved by itself few days to a week later Quote
