Simple post, lots of motivation! Jia you everyone! (will try to update this on a daily basis) Join in the challenge and set yourself a target! 27th July - 76.7kg 28th July - 76.5 kg (I didn't do anything but eat, it's just normal body weight fluctuations, but I do try to eat clean) 29th July - 75.8 kg (normal fluctuations) 30th July - 76.2 kg (not gonna lie, I ate a lot today) 31st July - 75.9 kg (I didn't eat carbs today! Does this diet work? It doesn't unless I stick to it long term I guess) July average 76.2kg Aug 1st 75.9kg (I actually starved almost the whole day but it didn't go down ) (anyone wanna join in the fun to track as well? we can motivate each other to stay on track!) 2nd 75.7kg 3rd 74.7kg (I did one aerobic and one strength exercise today ) 4th 74.6kg (I ate a lot, like a lot today) 5th 74.4kg (I ate at Nene Chicken) 6th 74.6kg (I had fast food ) 7th 74.3kg (had fasted resistance training) (Thanks Justin and Thorz! - I'd go and measure my bod compo. and update here I weigh myself with only my boxers in midnight ) 8th 74.1kg (I started consuming ACV, wonder if it works to help curb off hunger/regulate hunger) 9th 74.5kg 10th 74.1kg Average for Aug (I) - 74.7kg 11th 74.5kg (I had many awesome meals for the holiday) 12th 74.0kg (waiting for Hai Di Lao tonight - first time trying ) 13th 73.5kg (instead of hotpot we had Zhi Char instead) 14th 73.3kg (I really starved the whole day but... had an awesome dinner) 15th 73.9kg (it must be the half a melon that I just ate ) 16th 74.3kg (Nooooooooo......) 17th 74.8kg 18th* (forgot) 19th 73.4 kg (lucky me) 20th 73.3kg 21st 73.8kg Average for Aug (II) 73.9kg 22nd 73.9kg 23rd 74.0kg 24th 74.1kg 25th 73.0kg (one no carb-meal a day for the past 4 days. weight went from 73.8 to 74.1. It'd be more promising and encouraging to measure your results that way. Often, daily weigh measurements vary soley due to water intake / retention. But that being said, 2 kg lost in 10 days? That's quite extreme, take care of yourself and your organs okay. i wouldnt want you to starve yourself only to lose essential fats cushioning your organs, instead of peripheral fat. Side note, most activesg gyms have the in body analysis (measure percentage body fat, visceral fat, give ideal targets blah blah, wasit hip ratio and other stuff). You can opt to do that once a month. I think this would be a better indicator for health, especially since target ranges are provided too. Example, 1st thing in the morning, after you dump and no food intake. And do it stark naked. Our clothes (depending on what you are wearing) do add on a bit of weigh. 2) Starving is only temporary. Worse, by end day, you may feel so famished that you ate 2 cows instead of one. LOL. 3) Keep your food intake in moderation. That include any sugar and salt as well. Keep going, keep moving! Lonely boy Posted October 1, 2019 Author Report Share Posted October 1, 2019 Its just weird that on the days I ate like crazy - like today, I had Hor fun, Coffee, Rice with Soup, Rice with meat and vege and 3 eggs, prata, and bee hoon (I really lost it today), and still, my weight went down from yesterday. You need to lift heavy and eat in deficit in order to lose body fats. Only have 1 cheat day per week and the rest strictly no fried/oily/salty/fast/junk food.
