Lemongrass essential oil

The use of essential oils in massage can have a powerful calming or therapeutic effect depending on the oil chosen and the massage techniques used.

 

I use lemongrass oil in carrier oil (grapeseed oil) to help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. Lemongrass oil also reduces inflammation, relieves headaches, eases indigestion and rheumatoid arthritis, combats fungal infections and provides antioxidants.

I infused eucalyptus oil to carrier oil (grapeseed oil) as an antiseptic. Eucalyptus oil helps relieve sore throat, sinusitis and bronchitis. It also treat fungal infections, skin wounds, boost our immune system and act as a pain reliever.
