(as well greg/gymground) if you want to do more advance stuff (ie: beyond levers, muscle ups, forward rolls, ring handstand) eg: iron cross, maltese, maybe some ring tricks start station at core collective also has some but its basic calisthenics stuff (support. pull ups, dips) Edited March 11, 2020 by Chris Low Leslie874 1 Quote
