Baloo Posted July 21, 2008 Report Share Posted July 21, 2008 use a vegetable based pasta, fuscilli or something like that... or plain wheat pasta also can.just have garlic chopped into slow fire heated extra virgin olive oil with a touch of salt.garnish with chopped oregano, thyme, pepper, and fresh chopped spring onions. add in some blanched veg, chopped carrots, corn.it should make a very low cholestrol meal.
