Dear all Wind Blowers!!! LOL

Would like to share some home cooking recipes.. hope you guys will like it!!!

Today, we goona have Crabment & Mushroom Soup!!! Good for a Cold and Wet Rainy Day

Portion: 4 Pax

Ingredients:

Crabmeant - 80gm

Mushroom - 50gm (chinese mushroom - sliced)

Ginger - 1 piece (approx 20gm)

Chicken Stock - 1.5 litre

EggWhite - 1 no.

Garnish:

Corriander - Wash & Dry

Beansprout - Wash & Dry (without the 'Head & Tail')

Seasoning:

Salt - To taste

Pepper - A Pinch

MSG - 1/2 Teaspoon

Chinese Wine - approx 1 Tablespoon

Cornflour - To Thicken

Extras:

Dark Vineger OR Brandy

Method of Work:

1) Add the crabment and slice mushroom in the boiling chicken stock

2) Skim off the scum when nescessary

3) Season the soup (season to taste)

4) Thicken the soup with Cornflour

5) Add in the eggwhite slowly and steady, stir slowly

6) Serve in a soup plate/bowl

7) Top up with Beansprout & Corriander

8) Serve Dark Vineger/Brandy on side.
