Has anyone tried https://www.instagram.com/arkpods/  Bishan Ark pods - private gym pods. 

They are much more affordable than gympod but I wonder if we can workout nude or in underwear?

 

Anyone used it before?

Quite basic tbh. Most average pods have the basic free weights and kettle bells with a simple multi-functional rack. There are some pods with more elaborate equipment! You can check on the website!

Hmm I think most people would prefer a gym with a wider range of equipment... Interesting that of al things they have kettle bells though - that’s the one thing I’d be afraid of swinging into the glass window and smashing it 👯‍♀️

You can check out the equipment at that specific GymPod on the app. Tbh it should be just what you need, without the gimmicky equipment. Unless you're looking for a very specific machine.

Thanks for the heads-up. The one at Capitol can get quite stuffy as well. Luckily, they have a portable fan unit for you to use.

They're pretty much the same. Just look through the equipment list of the pod to see if that particular pod has what you need.

I think there is one at Pasir Ris Park. I am a west dude. Recently tried Holland Village pod. Not bad. It's clean, and machines are decent. Also, it is just next to Holland Village MRT; 2 mins walk.
