Ive tried a few newly opened 'sports recovery' spas. While the bath temperatures they offer might be more suitable for muscle recovery, the price isnt very helpful in this economy. They also do not have ambience or privacy unlike what joya has. So after a journey around to trying out new bath houses, joya imo is still the best, cheap too. Bonus points for all living in the west

But i think they need to do more to upkeep their facilities. Look rundown compared to yuno

I fully agree that joya needs to improve on maintenance. It’s absolutely obvious that regular upkeep & maintenance does not exist at all! Examples of disrepair include the loose & dangling shower area partitions & shelves (since moths ages ago!); locker doors & knobs creaking & becoming loose, and most recently… the suana door handle which partially broke causing risk of falling if not handled properly. I did report to staff previously and repeatedly but hv given up feeling dismayed that mgt is not making any effort to maintain the facilities. Fm my observations, they never wash up the floors and benches at all. Despite the shortcomings, I’ve accepted the situation and continue to support them for now as staff are friendly and prices are affordable

Right. I think the mgt is aware that they need the support of pink dollars. They probably felt that we wouldn't mind the run down facilities. But i do mind haha. Only been there once and didn't think of returning. But somehow i prefer straight establishment over gay saunas such as kb and tmc. Wouldn't want to try gay saunas, not comfortable with all the groping without warning.

Havent been there for quite sometime alr, wondering if the 2 guys whom i saw previously still patronise (almost 1 year plus ago)? One guy is tall fair whom like to lie face down inside the sauna (can get a view of his manhood and butt) and the other guy slightly shorter w a leanfit body and nice pubes? Sometimes both of them will lie inside the sauna or the tanning chairs beside, chilling and sleep and didn’t bother to cover up (managed to see the slightly shorter guy erected manhood when he dozed off back then). They seem to be like straight buddy patronising there when i last visited. Wondering if they still there?
