biggest difference is 10men has rooms where u can have fun in privacy but shogun only has dark open areas (i couldnt see my own hands) for action. i

personally prefer 10men because of its clientele which somehow seems cuter and fitter, at least to me. shogun feels more cosy in its decor and lighting but the lack of rooms cld be a problem if you are uncomfortable with that.

I have never been to Shogun when there were no 'cages'. I don't like the 'cages'. Its a hazard for cruiser. I gave the feedback to the owner that the cheapskate platics curtain is a hazard. He did not seem to receive it well and seem to have added even more in my last visit. Somehow, I always wonder why sauna operators get feedback from customers. My impression or experience is they never.

Personally, you can make "feedback" as a customer but the company don't necessary have to entertain every "feedback". One man's meat is another man's poison. We as customer can give all the "feedback" we want but at the end of the day, it is still up to the boss to do what he deems right.

I still favour Ten Men Club as i find it more crowded and the crowd more friendly. There are more boldness in shogun to cater to the less shy. You either not wear anything or your trunks when u venture upstairs.

I really missed the older place it was smaller and more cosy. It was refreshing to me because to me it was less of a pretense overall .

I liked the crowd that patronise Shogun because most were rough around the edges and do not need to convey that they are very the atas (snooty).

After my first visit I was hooked. The changing area many complaint was small but it was cosy .I played a lot of eyeing games with guys that were just leaving after having their fill of s_x. I made them quiver in their pants with a sense of reluctance and yearning. Alls well after an exchange of numbers and ending with a reassuring touch to say goodbye but will see you soon

I always feel like Shogun was a place that genuine down to earth HAPPY people go to meet old friends .

It was the homely feeling that the boss albeit with a big manly tummy took careful time to cultivate.

It was the essence of Shogun . You get the feeling that the boss is not solely profit driven . (I may be wrong)

Hell , I wasn't even sure if the boss was making any profit, because the charges was so low before Y club came onto the scene.

I met and made some firm friends there.

Vincent as we know him is reassuringly and refreshingly sincere person .

YOu can feel the vibe after you get to know him.

Does anyone remember that he always had different people helping to man the counter, open the door , clear the glasses , serve drinks, serve instant noodles, it was like among close friends.

it was so refreshing to see , the place run like a community meet up point, A place to build up each others sense of PLU community spirit and solidarity.Not just S-X.

I think this is the best legacy that Vincent can be very proud of himself of. Service to the community in many ways.

I also noticed that he had a steady stream of straight looking guys coming back to Shogun for personal attention from him.

I don't know Vincent personally that well , but I thought Shogun was above the rest in its prime at Telok ayer st.

Wow. What an ovation! Can't agree more. Even though I came to the scene late (Box's transition to Shogun), I feel you hit the note spot on. But the new shogun is also not too bad. It is the crowd which concerns me: these days, many come with attitude and you can't blame it on any one factor. There is a lot of cross-pollination in the local sauna scene and stocky/chubby types - gachi muchi types especially - who mistakenly think highly of themselves - thanks or no thanks to slutty chasers. But on the whole, the scene at Shogun is still healthy. Just give the CHUBS a miss.

if you find yourself having nothing to do there, then try to find something to do or you can always just enjoy their facilities - their jacuzzi, their gym, steam room etc.

I am one of the few Malay guys that frequently visits Shogun. It is a homely place that allows people to also socialize and networking as well as having sex and blow jobs. Some might disagree with me that you dun really make friends there and your sole purpose is only a fcuk or suck.
