In my opinion, one of the most important ability that most men who are aging, will want to be able to have, is to enjoy erections and be the feeling of orgasm. To have cum or not, it does not really matter unless we want to procreate. However, at this age, i am quite confident that the time of wanting children would have passed. 
 

what does affect us in some ways, if we will to be honest to admit it, is a slight disappointment caused by the loss of ability to ejaculate with cum.

Does it mean your ejaculation is without any liquid coming out of the penis?

I totally agree with what u stated. Been on medication for a while which seems to affect. Erections getting lesser, not as hard, nor can i maintain it long enough, get soft faster than I could get it up. Volume of cum is extreme minimum and slow drip instead of the squirt during younger days. I guess not every aging person is the same as we need to factor in the original libido of the person as well as medical history. Lossing the erection ability is almost like losing one's manhood and pride in some ways (at least imho for myself).
