Cannot imagine the entire easties (tampines, pasir ris, bedok, simei) going to Bayshore in 2030... But I find Tampines/Bedok/Pasir Ris is like a different universe from Bayshore/Marine Parade side. The locations are sitting on separate MRT lines. Gonna be inconvenient. The per entry rate does not have admin fee (unless you sign up as a permanent gym member), if you look at the table below, it is inclusive of 9% GST. The only thing is whether you are a SAFRA member, and when are you going - peak/off peak period, then pay the listed price accordingly eh. Hope this helps.
