So my volunteering job at a bodybuilding show was to watch all the guys pee. only those who won first place aka super buff and ripped bodies.

Wow how does one volunteer for such a role? Hahahah

It was allocated. But if u wanna you can volunteer next year! just look out for my post or follow their IG call for volunteers on their instastories!

I'm now calling for any volunteers for WFF Singapore bodybuilding competition - why are ALL buff ppl so handsome. If you wanna help out, let me know! It's happening on 20-21 Sep - can choose either date but topless only on 21 Sep!

Oh I see. I misunderstood "mini-cut". I thought you meant cutting after bulking.

You did not misunderstand! I am cutting after successfully + 8 kg bulk! Given that I couldn't bulk in 10 years, this is a major achievement for me.

I think it's also rightful that I manage a bodybuilding event with a more ripped body than being fat. in case want to take picture with new friends =). If they are topless I should be too right?

Hey bros. Just curious, Do u guys have a strict meal plans to follow, or do you guys just eat anything and everything  as long as you hit the macros?

I have heard of different views on this. Some of my trainers (they do body build and go for competitions) do have super clean food like just purely chicken and cooked rice, while another is okay for hawker food as long as they are lesser fat content.

what do ya’ll eat? Mind sharing? 😊

I do hawker food for now. But doing like fish soup, yong tau foo etc. I do chicken rice more on a pre-workout meal as my trainers recommends white rice 😅

Depends on your goal. If you want to absolutely dial in on the best physique and definition ever, you gotta be accurate in caloric intake. Agar-agar eat is like agar-agar throwing darts in the dark. You may hit it, but what are the chances?
If you are happy with maintaining a balance, then of course you don't have to go to the extreme.

One drawback about eating out is that you don't know what kind of / how much of ingredients are put in. Making estimation harder. You can also just order cleaner food and do more cardio afterwards just to be safe, but it also takes more time.

Chicken rice is awesome, I love it. It's just very oily XD Well it's the oil that makes it nice, so make your decision. Life has many aspects of joy.

Thanks for the input 😘

Hmm. My thinking is that does precise calorie/ macros has to taste blend?

Cos some of my previous trainers can do like just their own receipes of chicken and plain rice. I dont know how they taste although I roughly seen their pictures.

I’m currently on agaration so my protein is about 70g to 100g, depending on how much I do for the day lol.

So here’s my current meals dont roast me haha)

- breakfast, is mostly carbs😅

- if vegan meal for lunch, i’ll get fried tofu, and some soy skin (豆皮) , should add about 10g

- 1 cup of protein drink, about 31.2g either before or after pre workout dinner

- pre workout dinner, chicken rice (steamed chicken breast x2), about 40g?

for rest days, i’ll have yong tau foo (2 eggs, 2 piece or triangle taugua, soy skin should add up to 30g

- Post workout meal, either fish soup (add meat) or onion ginger chicken rice (about 5-15g) plus a tau huay (about 5g)

I do see some progress along the way but sometimes my tummy gets a bit faster than the rest of my body 😅 Although m goal is to gain muscles 😅

Hence I try to incorporate walks daily (my fitness app shows about 15k steps) to keep my tummy checked.

Doing massage also provides some calories output 😄

So wanna hear from the experts here if it’s better to do own cooking 😅

and yes is expensive to eat outside. If you have chicken breast receipes can let me know too 😆

Sounds like you are on the right starting point. Just keep it consistent and monitor your progress over weeks. Adjust from there. You are already eating healthier than the majority and you don't have to go to the extreme. Daily plus or minus little bit is perfectly ok.
The key is consistency. Even the best diet will fail if you deviate from it after 1 week. It takes months.

Hi bodybuilders, I have tried for many years and not able to increase much muscle size. When I eat more , my tummy grows faster than anything. Can give some advise on how to train and eat to grow muscle size? Thanks

I feel you. Same here. Tummy is the first to come, last to go (or may never go away) 😖😝

I successfully conducted my "Planning Your First Bodybuilding Competition" Clinic Session! Thank you to all who came. When presenting, I was able to think better on how to formulate my responses and presentation. Definitely would be better moving forward!

Glad to have at least one person from today's who's really keen to be guided by me to go on his first bodybuilding stage!

I'm probably not the best PT for bodybuilding, but I'm so excited for him!
