Seeking advice - samsung has not deliver items more than 1 month after purchase. What can be done??

Not sure if anyone experienced this before or knows what to do in such scenarios.

Purchased monitor and soundbar from official samsung online store mid March

It hasnt been delivered till now despite chasers via fb, emails and calls.

They have been "expediting" and "escalating" for weeks and wont even provide an ETA on when it can be delivered.
