Guest Red
How to stop colleagues from stealing credit over the work that you have done? Let's say your colleague is supposed to be in charge of a project but he knows you have certain ideas as you have handled something similar before. He asks you to send a report of the previous project for him to take a look then uses most of it to write or present for his own - no credit given and pretend he does everything by himself. Cannot don't send the report to him because he will tell others you are not team player. How to prevent this kind of situation?

Guest Try and see
If it happened to me, I would make it a point to tell all the colleagues about it (maybe except the boss). Let him have nowhere to hide his face. If he dares to steal my credit, then he should not be afraid of people knowing.
