I like the current three wishes best after having not watched medicock dramas for donkey years since their decline.

The cast are good jin jie zhu hou ren,

Huang bi ren and Thomas ong!

Some of the scenes are very touching that made my eyes teared.

But too bad both HBR and Thomas Ong are not full time MCS artistes and not eligible for any Star awards...otherwise I hope they can be nominated....as for Jin Yin Ji...is time she gets nominated for an award for her role as ah ma in this show...so convincing and certain scenes were so touching that I almost teared. This show is definitely one of the top 3 best dramas for the year! Best Drama award nominee in next year Star Awards? I hope so....

Yes the previous defunct ch u had many good shows. Those outsourced to wa wa productions seem to be of high better calibre compared to those lack lustre products of mediacrap.

Hope Jin zie will be awarded besides the superb acting by hbr and tong.

I must say that i enjoy 三个愿望 very much, Good script ,Good plot and Good acting, Congratulation to all the people who are involved in the making of this Good drama.

And this is NOT a Mediacock production, its a Wa Wa Pictures production.

Maybe because Mediacock is just like all other stat board where staff are all just scaled salaried men so work as usual are mediocre.

Just like HBD, those flats designed by outside architects are usually very much nicer even though internal floor plans are of standard types, eg The Pinnacle in Tg Pagar.

I had not idea of her background until now. What I do know is that whenever I come across her on TV, I find that she can’t speak up properly. I also watch the news ad tend to go fr CNA wen overseas just to catch up on anything at home .But I have been increasingly annoyed , actually for a while , I only catch the headlines and turn to others for news Why ?Dawn Tan : she may be a good reader for audiobooks/ videotapes but she cannot read the news convincingly - her oh so clipped british accent is annoying and so studied that she's stiff and try very hard to sound consistent - resulting in very . She doesn't seem to think spontaneously . And her voice puts me to sleep .Analisa Borges - new newsreader who is so crass and sickeningly chirpy and waaaayyy too informal for a news station that its a turn off ... And her American accent is difficult to listen too ,Wei Du - what in hell Is she saying ?!?! ... The words don't seem to come out from the mouth ...aiyo and which part of America is that accent from ??!!Another business news presenter ,forgot her nane, asian with Aussie accent that's so thick and slurry that I really think no one can understand what she's saying ...Glenda Chong though best of the lot need to stop acting so cocky and less patronizing in her delivery ... And her tone s getting too shrill .But the first to be booted out should be that Filipina Queen , Timothy Go ... He's beyong annoying and what a freaking Super Twink ! We need presenters who are authoritative and formal enough to gain credibility .the tone of voice needs to be balanced and easy on the ears and if possible look well ....this lots currently will not get a job at the real international tv news stations .

A very good example our fawziah Ibrahim now at al jazeera English ... Excellent all round and credible presenter ....best anywhere with a good solid accent , Singaporean , I may add and doing us proud indeed .

The local drama, about a man who receives three magical coins from a mysterious old woman for his wishes to be granted, has enjoyed consistently high viewership figures over the course of its run.

It drew an average of 1.04 million viewers each night, making it the most-watched local drama so far this year, ahead of police drama C.L.I.F. 3, which drew an average of 1.02 million viewers, and time-travelling family drama Blessings, which drew an average of 988,000 viewers.

Three Wishes stars Thomas Ong, Shane Pow, Julie Tan, Yao Wenlong and Huang Biren. It is Huang’s first drama outing after a seven-year hiatus.

Blockbuster period drama The Journey: Tumultuous Times takes over the 9pm time slot from Three Wishes, and airs every weeknight from Monday (Nov 24), 9pm on Channel 8.

Yes I heard too from his neighbor. Did you also hear what happened? Apparently there was a huge fight between the two of them and his gf was seen storming out of his apartment at night, and Shane was seen running after her in his boxer shorts only, topless! The neighbor aunts said she peeped inside his apartment and saw a guy also topless sitting in the lounge sofa staring into space.
